Why not just put up one of those instant garages with the aluminum frame and fabric covering to keep the sap away from your car? There are many different kinds available. See link below for an example:

The best way is to get it off before it bakes on there. That is the hardest stuff to get off paint. Try bug and tar remover. I have had some get on a glass table top on the patio and I had to use acetone to get it off. Find another place to park. good luck.
