is this star trek site down?

i think its either down or i've been banned maybe.
i wrote a bulliten :
"that pisses me off about kess getting kicked off the show'
and said neelix, henry kim, or chakotay would've been better to get kicked off.
so is it down? because if i try to go to it it says my
connection has timed out. and if i have been banned is
there a way to trick them? can i go through a proxy server or something?

i don't think i wrote anyhing too inflamitory, but some of these geeks are pretty serious about the jeri ryan, and kess switchoff.
i just like kess is all.

it was up the day before yesterday, so its probably just going through maintenance or the webmaster has to pay his bill or something.

It appears to be down at the moment. Of course, the series ended back in 2001 after 7 seasons (re-runs are still shown on cable) so maybe the site is closing down?

Yeah, I wasn't happy when they dropped Kess and kept whiny Harry Kim either :/
