I don't have a business background yet. I'm working on a marketing degree. I don't make much money. I'm just a regular dude who loves White Castle food but there is not one in my city or my state. But if we had one here, I think it would do really well. And I'm serious about persuing this. What would I need, to know, to have, etc....etc. What steps should I take?

Go to a newsstand and look for a copy of Franchise Times magazine. I think I saw the requirements for different franchises in there.
Better yet, contact White Castle, and get the information first hand from the source.
