The Nightmare Before Christmas. Cracking stop-frame animation and a brillient if simple story line with some awesome songs and a few good gags, usually sight gags.
Stop-frame is the best type of animation. EVER.

101 Dalmatians - of course, the original Disney version, especially the bit where all the dogs in London start barking.

The greatest comedy film that has ever been made, or ever will be made, is Monty Python's "Life of Brian". It actually has a very important message for all of us ... "Don't follow anybody, think for yourself".

"Laputa: Castle in the Sky" is my favourite animated film. Comedy... Ooo, toughie. Maybe "The Jerk" or "little Miss Sunshine" ...or "Hot Fuzz"

Although it's not totally animated, I like 'Who Framed Roger Rabbit?'.

As far as comedy, I gotta go with 'Office Space'.
