If it is only a gallon or two, add it to your cars tank. Just make sure you are near full so the old gas won't hurt anything. If you mix it in, it will be fine.

Do NOT add it to your car's gas tank. Gasoline goes bad after about 4 months, so don't even think about using that stuff. Call a number for your local country recycling program; usually they have a couple of days a year when they collect hazadous materials, but whether this type of thing would be included or not is hard to say.
Also, there are some businesses, such as auto mechanics, who heat their garages in winter with special furnaces that burn anything petroleum-based, from transmission oil, brake fluid, gasoline, engine oil, anything. If you can find one of these they might happily take it off your hands for free.
If there is only a small amount in the gas can you could just evaporate it. I had about a half-gallon of old gas in a gas can and I simply poured it into a flat pan and let it evaporate. the environment is already so screwed up a little more won't hurt it.

I am assuming this is gasoline not an oil - gasoline mix.
Fill your car's fuel tank to about 3/4 full and add no more than 1/2 gallon of the old gas to it. Continue with each refueling of the car and all should be OK.
Be sure to add the gas carefully using a funnel and do it OUTSIDE, never in a garage. Do not use glass containers either.

I dont suggest using more then a year old gas in a lawnmower, if anything- dump it in your vehicle when it gets near the 1/2 tank mark and fill the rest up with fresh gas - large vehicles are more tolerable with old fuel then small motors. I dont suggest using any additives either like fuel stabilizers.

Sorry, but you do need a good nit comb. It is impossible to get rid of the nits without it, short of shaving heads. I recommend the LiceMeister. Once you buy it, it lasts indefinitely. Of course, you need to wash all the bedding in hot water and tumble dry. This includes the stuffed animals and hair supplies too. Vacuum the carpet throughly. For our family, to kill the lice, I soak the head and hair in rubbing alcohol. Be careful not to get it into the eyes. Then rinse out and shampoo as usual. This is much cheaper than Nix or Rid and it is more effective.

Put gas treatment in it, and use it like you normally would. Go to the garage and buy like 4 or 5 cans of it and it will restore the fuel just like new and you wont have to waste it.

Put in a bottle of dry gas and put it in your car's gas tank. Why waste it?

Contact your local dump. They can use old gas to start fires to burn stuff.
Or, contact your local oil recycling program.
