cramping pain inside. Is this my uterus? I know this is a silly question, but would be interested to know, lol.

I never noticed this before. And the reason I did it was because I had just read a question about stinky gunk in the naval and I was checking mine was clean.

its your intestines your uterus is way down in your pubic area behind the pubic bone
