A is the least important. Samurai strippers from the moon could be boring if not presented properly. I would say the conclusion is probably most important to hammer home your point. Its the freshest part in the reader's mind when he/she is done, and the part most likely to be remembered.

B. an essay is like an argument. Making sure the reader gets focused on one your saying and presenting that information in a fluid manner makes it easier to read and take in. The problem with A is if your in school the teacher is already into the subject.

The basis of any good essay is a good thesis ( that is a sentence that states your point very clearly that you will elaborate on in the body of teh essay) The strongest way to draw the reader back in is to re-state your thesis in the conclusion, but with different words so that you are not repetition in wording.

minds after they’ve finished reading your work. Therefore, the
ending should serve as a strong summary of your ideas. In it, your
overall message should stand out

C and D.
C because people will remember what you say last.
D because the intro gets the attention of the reader and makes them want to read the rest.

B. The order in which you present your ideas.
Which also means the ending had better be good, so C. is something to consider. Nope, I'll say B.

A.
EDIT: Apparently I'm seriously in the minority. My thinking is that I don't even want to read it if the topic doesn't interest me, but they're all important in the structure of it. Good luck!
