New Man......from the answers Im seeing,no they don't.First and foremost because they do not understand the relavance of the words to each other as they were presented.There is a paralel between the words in the bible and the way men percieve things.Second,religion doesnt play as an important role in todays society as it once did.
But in answer to your question,most men dont because they dont know what that means and the wife would freak out if they did.People are too into themselves now days to understand thats its ok to truly and deeply love thier wife like Christ loves the Church.They may think they do but they cant without Christ in thier lives.They have no concept of the idea much less the actual thought.

Just a thought, Did Christ really love the church or was it more accurately God? It seems to me that at the time the church represented Judaism and not the christian church
