If your looking for fast food as in not getting out of your car then just get a salad at any fast food place. McDonalds, Jack-in-the-box, Wendy's and Carl's Jr all have them. But if your looking for a type of fast food then a Sub shop. Subway is known for being "healthy" now. But most sub shops have the nutrition guide to there food.

Most fast-food places have salads that aren't too bad. I really like the salads at Jack in the Box. I only use about half the dressing, they give you way too much.

Maybe subway or a big salad. What I do usually is I get some carrots and a nice hummus dip. 100% vegies and great taste.

I'll probably get a bunch of thumbs pointing down,,,and this doesn't apply to this day and age ...but ,,,
as a youngster I would help my grandmother in her garden, she would take the salt shaker and as we pulled weeds we ate tomatoes ,baby carrots etc... she always said it was the health est 'fast food around',,,lol

Subway, and this new places that is opening called "Tossed, Salad Fashions"... don't judge the name, it's really good and healthy food!

It got to be Subway because they dont have any greasey foods and very few fatty foods. They also got alot of vegetables.

It depends, you can get a nice salad and ice water almost anywhere these days. Just be sure to get grilled chicken in the salad and use the light dressing sparingly on it.
