How do I find the Cluckatrice on Final Fantasy XII?

I know it's meant to be in the Gizas North Bank I've cleared the area out of other fiends and tried standing still but nothing seems to work. please could somebody tell me how to find it.

To be a bit more specific than the above poster, to get Cluckatrice and her three chickatrices to spawn you must defeat all the enemies, completely exit the North Bank, and then re-enter the North Bank. Cluckatrice and the chickatrices will be there. The key is to kill all enemies, leave the North bank, then re-enter.

just keep entering and leaving the area, sooner or later he'll show up
