Microsoft Money or Quicken, both will work fine for you. If you bought a computer recently they come with Microsoft Money pre-installed.
It's really great stuff, you can keep track of your account registers, download activity on your accounts right from the Internet, create reports showing your spending, budget things.
For home use this is all you need. I've been using Microsoft Money for years. I am not a Microsoft fan in general, but this one application is an exception for me.
