It is on my mushroom farm. When it is mature and the time is right I will harvest it. Why rush things? I figure if I can get around two dollars a pound for it that I can retire. It would be delicious sauteed if you can find a frying pan big enough. There is a type of fungus growing in the midwest(Michigan?) that would qualify as the world's largest living thing. It is more of a colony of living things than a separate entity, however.
