I don't really care if anyone steals my idea. I just want to make a good series and if someone steals it, FINE! I'll use the ideas I get and make another series!

I think you should have the characters be of diferent cultures. I mean, in middle school, everyone is so different. No one is just the "nerd" or just the "jock", they all are something different. You should show how ppl shouldn't be labeled. And different culture (especially East Indians since we don't usually see them on the screen, but their Hollywood (bollywood) produces more movies than Hollywood.)
So for what are you making this script for by the way?

And Marianne.D is right...but i just wrote this up since I really don't care.

I'm confused. If you don't already have a story to tell, how do you know who the characters are? Does "a script for a 30 minute mini-series" mean a single 30 minute episode intended as a single chapter from a mini-series, or will it be several episodes to be shown in a 30 minute time slot, or are we talking about several 30 minute episodes? You said you'd tell us their names and personalities and how they play a part in the series, but you left out telling us about their personalities and the parts they play...you just told us their names and their relationships to one another. I find it hard to imagine that you will get much by the way of useful suggestions afer supplying so little information for potential answers to be based on.

Unless you're prepared to share writing credits you're on your own. Also, it's not smart to post your idea in a public place unless you've registered it with the WGA and te Library of Congress because then anyone can take it for themselves. You've just placed it in the public domain.

In my opinion, you should try changing some of your charcters names and personalities. They're very cliche with current shows. It sounds like another show that revolves around a bunch of white girls talking about fashion and guys.
