As you are posting this on the Caribbean site I would think you might mean the Virgin Islands. If so I would contact the type organisation you would like to work with and see what is available. IE. is you are a sailor and can work with one of the sailing brokerages or schools then apply through that route. It is BVI law that unbelongers can be employed.
