Fit your cylinder sleeve bore with the proper finish, fit your valves, fit your rings, fit your wheel cylinders, fit your master cylinder, fit your rod and main bearings.
What are you trying to "fit" be more specific.
This is maintenance and repairs, not a health club!
Get out and work your tail off, run, swim, sail, hike, work on your car, paint the house, put a roof on it, change your windows, plant trees, cut trees down, clean up the mess, mow the lawn, sharpen the lawnmower blades when your done. Change the oil in the lawn mower. walk your dog, listen to your wife or girlfriend, do just the opposite and run around some more!
Get motivated man!
Drink a little beer go to see some modified and late model dirt races, take a shower when you get home. Pick up some automotive parts fix your neighbors car because he's got no frigging tools. Change the plugs and ignition wires. Flush the cooling system. Change the water pump. Change the power steering pump. Change the steering rack. Change the half-shafts. Change the struts and springs. While your at it, change the wheel bearings.
When you get sick and tired of working on your car shop for a new one. When you're finished keep working on your car because they're all over priced. Forget shopping for cars that are owned by off-shore companies. Replacement parts cost double to five times more than American counterparts.

Have a good day
