I hated it..
I loved the character from The Ali G Show.. I thought it was hilarious in the 5 minutes segments, broken up with longer segments of the Ali G character.. but putting Borat in a movie was horrible.. it was just one insult after another after another.. after the first.. 8 minutes it gets old..
Oddly enough however, I loved the Ali G in da house movie.. that movie had not only a funny character, but a PLOT.. Borat completely lacked that part..

I laughed so much with this movie, I think I'm going to hell for that. I saw stuff on that movie that is sooo offensive but soo funny at the same time. If you are open-minded and want a good laugh, you should watch it.
