TBI- Throttle Body Injection
MPFI- Multi-Port Fuel Injection
CARB- Carburetor
EFI- Electronic Fuel Injection
TBFI- Throttle Body Fuel Injection

TBI and TBFI are the same. It is the original system of fuel injection in which the injectors distribute fuel into the throttle body. MPFI is more modern system in which at least one injector is positioned to distribute fuel in each separate combustion chamber (cylinder). EFI just means that the fuel injection is controlled electronically (the computer). The carburetor is the old-school fuel system and is no longer manufactured for new vehicles.
