Nope. Edge was far more over than Kane... unfortunately.
Kane is so underappreciated its incredible.
Honestly, I'm still trying to figure out what will happen at Summerslam. Unforgiven is not even on the radar for me just yet...

If Kane was booked to win the title he would have either won the battle royal or won at GAB, but he didn't. Edge would have beaten him.

No,Edge would have won because he was supposed to have a long title reign as the world heavyweight champion but because of the injury he had to give it up.
