Not sure what the zoology link is but I was looking into getting one and was warned away by many people. Even the salesperson at O2 said they had lots of problems with returns. The battery life is supposed to be very poor (although you can usually switch off 3G, bbluetoothe etc to prolong this) and they have build issues. Also, the sat nav isn't great and can be expensive as you have to pay to download the maps. I went for a Nokia E65 instead and love it.

NOT AT ALLLLL! pratically my whole family has a nokia and lot of them the nokia n95 VERy reliable and cool hope i helped

Nokia phones, even the crappiest ones are quite good and reliable.
I dont know what the nokia n95 is, but I have faith in it, that it's a good enough phone.
