basically they work like this, they are either so vague that it could mean anything to anyone and so could be argued to be true, or people believe in them so much that they make those things happen or look more into situations than they would have done before. its dangerous to get so obsessed by them especially as different versions of horoscopes end up saying completely different things. live your own life not what some slightly strange long haired person has written in a cheap magazine

I do, I can't say I live my life by it but it is comforting to think that some things are pre-destined and if good luck is starred that's even better! I subscribe to an e-mail service which sends me daily horoscope readings and friends have bought me horoscope books, which are frighteningly accurate. It is good fun but I do believe it on a serious level too!!

The daily paper type is too general to take seriously.
But real astrology I definitely believe in. It has been used for ages even by Egyptians and the Mayan civilization who understood it.
Even ex-pres Ronald Reagan used it to find best times to give speeches or make decisions in.
If you took an astrology book and read about yourself, you'll be amazed to find how it describes you are. (Capricorns are least likely to believe in this, for example) but you should get an "exact" reading by an astrologist after you find out your exact time and place of birth to get a clearer understanding (to determine not only your sun sign, but rising sign, etc.)
I call myself crazy and now I know why: I'm Pisces with a Gemini rising, so no wonder (ha-ha).

I dont know, personally I think they're mostly all bull. I mean they're written by different people so I can't say ALL are wrong but when i read my horoscope half the time its irrelevant, and then I read all the others and they work just as well with my life.

I'm a Christian who is not supposed 2 read that stuff...but i always get a good laugh out of it though. Horoscopes do tell a lot about a person, which you may argue is true.

I don't whole hardly believe in them, I read them for interest and perhaps gain some advice. But I don't live my daily life based on them.
