Initially, i would say, "Grabeh, so baduy and tabatsoy me pala before!" and laugh or cringe in embarrassment. But of course, when i look at those old photos, they bring back the memories of those days gone by and then i get transported back to that time and relive the joys, kakulitans, laughter and even the pain that our family enjoyed or went through.

I usually think "I was so cute as a kid. What happened?". Hehe! Kidding.
But seriously, looking at all those pictures gives me a big dose of nostalgia. I usuallly think back on the event or the day that pic was taken, and I realize how simple my life had been back then. No work stress, no worries over love and complicated friendships. My life as a kid was relatively happy and carefree, and I think about how much I miss those times, and if it were possible, I would absolutely love to go back. ^_^

i feel so glad because our family pictures remind me that our family is still together until this day. my parents are married for 33 years now and still getting stronger.
i feel emotional too because we have been thru a lot and we survived as a family. life is better now for all of us, that is because God has made our family whole in the midst of a very chaotic world!
i am so thankful i have a wonderful family and a home i can always have a place to.

When i see the old childhood pictures of me, I still feel that the heart of the young boy still lives inside of me.
I also see a resemblance of my daughters.

I feel happy and sentimental. I miss my brothers and sis, funny how time flies. Dati pare-pareho kaming makukulit now we have our own makukulits!
