I would recommend New Hampshire because:
1.) There is no risk of hurricanes.
2.) There are less inner-city environments and less violence.
3.) The school systems are better.
4.) There are more communities.
5.) There will actually be snow on Christmas.
6.) You won't lose out on a heat feeling in summer.
There are more reasons but those are the main.

i like New Hampshire, i believe there is less violence
but i think it more cool to be in Florida
