I don't think you need to shave, if you don't want to.
It is totally a personal choice. :)

If the hairs are not that noticeable, why bother with it? Remember that you are NOT obligated to shave if you don't want to. Shaving or not shaving doesn't have anything to do with "hygiene"; a girl that doesn't shave could be just as clean as another girl that DOES shave.
EDIT: It seems to be a very common myth that once you start shaving the hair will grow in thicker and darker. This is not true. Some girls think this happens because they start shaving SO early that they don't realize they aren't done developing yet, so those hairs would have gotten darker and thicker even if they hadn't shaved.

It's a pain! Maybe you should start once in awhile like if you are going to a swim party or a special occasion were you are around people & don't want them to notice. Other than that I wouldn't do it much since you have blonde hair. Soon enough you'll be doing it all the time & it gets annoying.

yes cuz if a guy notices by anychance
he will tell all the other guys
so yes u should shave
just be carful and not cut ur self
cuz if it scares it looks bad
of if u have sensitive skin DO NOT i repeat DO NOT use cream hair removal even for sensitive skin cuz it is acid that takes the hair away!!!!
and i did that and it has been 2 years and my legs have scars all over them and i might have to go through many painful expensive procedures to fix my legs

Are you expecting to start having sex next tomorrow? No, well there's your answer.
No reason to start that until you are trying to hook up with a guy, and why shave, you might decide to wax instead. Shaving will just cause the hair to grow back more coarse than before. Waxing will result in finer and less noticable hair when it returns.

It's a personal decision, don't let others beat you down! It's basically just a fad! I think it's kind of degrading that women are "supposed to shave" heck even men now are falling into their trap. Your blonde honey, I wouldn't if I we're you especially that you're blonde!

Assurance. You should be a girl. Second, if it's not too thick, preferably don't shave it because the next time it grows back, it'll be thicker and you'll be exerting efforts to remove those unwanted hairs again. If you choose to remove it, try removing it using semi-liquid warm wax for prolonged regrowth of hairs. Enjoy =)

Why bother!!! my hair is very light and grows slowly... I wear pants 90% of my time for work... so only in the summer do I find it necessary... beleive me once you start it's just annoying really...
if you can't really see it, most people won't even notice and it's better to wait until you really need to join that annoying bandwagon.

Only if it bothers you. Once you start its hard to stop because the hair will get a little darker and thicker. The stubble will bother you so you will want to continue once you start. BUT no I would wait.

I would put it off as long as possible, especially if ti's blond. It's such a pain to keep up once you start! I know women who are full grown and don't shave :-)
