Try ELP - Electronic Voice Phenomena. Take a blank cassette tape or VHS video tape. Tune to a blank part of your FM receiver or a blank TV channel and record this white noise on to tape. Record many hours of this noise. Then play it back. There is a chance that you might hear voices on top of the noise in areas on the recording. Who knows. It could be your friend.
ELP has neither been proven or disproven to exist. Wikipedia has a good article on it.

You cannot communicate with the dead. Those who attempt to do so are committing necromancy which is a major sin in God's eyes. The "person" who is called up from the dead is actually a demon who is posing as that person. No person has ever come back from the dead to talk with anyone except for Lazarus and Jesus.
Lazarus came back from the dead only because Jesus resurrected him, he didn't come back as a "ghost" which are themselves are demons not the spirit of the dead person they appear as.
I would suggest that you go to this site and talk to the webmaster. He can help you out further in this matter, but above all don't talk to her if she appears near you in the form of a ghost. Because it's not her, but a demon posing as her.
I would highly suggest you ignore Luz' advice as using any kind of spells or occult rituals will indeed bring harm to both you and others around you. The harm may or may not be physical, but it will definitely be spiritual. Above all else try praying to God and asking his advice as to what you need to do, it certainly couldn't hurt.

It is not possible, and it's a very dangerous exposure to the occult and demonic. God hates it with a passion.
We have no way of knowing whether a dead person ever observes us in any way. Unless you get obsessive, it doesn't hurt to talk to your friend. Even if she doesn't hear you, it can help you. But the only evidence we have of a dead person communicating with living people is Christ after the resurrection.
It's definitely worth writing your experiences and memories of her, and talking about her with others. Talk about your feelings with friends, family, and a counselor. Grief is real, and can be harmful if not expressed. If you hurt her but never apologized, you can still confess it, though it's not likely she'll hear you. If there are things you regret, talk about them, learn from your mistakes, and resolve to do better in other relationships. Grief is part of growth, but if you try to avoid experiencing it, you just get the pain without the growth.

If you don't have any experience with casting spells, I highly recommend that you DON'T TRY. You won't believe what comes out of half a r s e d attempts.
I suggest getting someone who is experienced in this and ask them to say the chants and things but still let you be apart of the communication.
