They are awesome. Any time that I've ever had to call them, I was completely satisfied when the call was over. They have also won the JD Power & Associates award for Best Customer Service for 5 years straight.

We had T-mobile last year and they were wonderful to us; they quickly took care of all disputed charges and notified us when our minutes were too close to the limit. Because of this we opted to get them again and I don't know what happened but it was HORRIBLE! They have an ambiguous refund policy and blatantly lied to us when we tried to return our phones (we couldn't get reception on the drive from Atlanta to Macon, GA), so we canceled our service anyway. Then they claimed service started when we ordered on the 16th of July so our 20 days were up, but we didn't even think of looking at phones until the 19th and didn't buy until the 21st, five days later. Then they claimed we only returned 2 phones, one car charger, and one bluetooth headset, but wouldn't you know we didn't pack it; a T-Mobile representative packed it for us and shipped it. We're in the process of getting our money back and honestly, these are the problems we've had. Some may say it's nothing but that was worth $180, so we're mad. I liked Cingular, but they do have a habit of throwing bogus fees in your bill.

I agree with you and everyone else that T-Mobile definately has the best customer service in the industry. I wouldn't have switched to Verizon though if they had a better phone selection.

T-mobile Customer Service is the best, no doubt about it.
