who cares?! it's not like it doesnt matter anymore!! look at Lindsay Lohan, Hilary Duff, and all of them people!! and we "normal," @zz's make fun of the "famous!" it's pathitic!! but it's brillant!! wouldnt you agree?? NOT AGREED. i just get so mad at people who make fun of other people, like right know i'm wearing black finger nail polish, and i GARANTEE YOU that whoever gives this a thumbs-down it's because of the "black finger nail polish!" their we go again!! woopdedodaday!! Fall Out Boy is NOT emo. Anyone that thinks they are emo are completely stupid and have no ears. Fall Out Boy are what's called Pop. Or sellouts, if you will. They are in the music industry purely for the money, and, don't get me wrong, I do like listening to them every once in a while, but I pirate their CD's. I refuse to support a sellout band. FOB is a guilty pleasure band, for me at least. I'll listen to them when I'm in the mood for something meaningless and loud that I can sing to without making the song sound any worse than it already is.

I don't pay much attention to Fall Out Boy, but I guess people think they're emo is because they are an MTV band...I'm not saying they suck, I kind of like them, but they are still kind of new, and they haven't been around for long.

because the kids that dont listen to it steriotype it & label it to be "emo" because pete wentz wears eyeliner & they dont like it. some people are just stupid that way. fall out boy is NOT emo. i would say pop rock, but not EMO. you want emo? go listen to some underoath, halifax, hit the lights, or from first to last.

Fall Out Boy is so not Emo. They don't sing about depression, they don't dress emo, they don't act depressed, they actually have smiles on their faces. Their songs are about love. They are awesome and not Emo

maybe because of the screaming that pete does in some of the songs like saturday, calm b4 the storm, and the carpal tunnel of love.
in some ways fob are emo
but in other ways they are just like us.
