The fast blinking is how the car tells you all the bulbs aren't going. If the blinker and tail light are both out on one side, it's almost sure to be a bad ground wire on that fixture.

More than likely you just need to replace the bulbs. Most of the time when your blinkers are fast, it's a warning that the bulb is out or about to be out.

its either the fuse or a short in the wiring..more the less its not the bulbs because normally bulbs don't go out at the same time

I had this happen to me when I had a Toyota Corolla years ago. It would start up and be find, then I'd notice the lights would dim. It was my alternator. I only found out after I had bought a brand new battery and put it in. I hope that is not what it is for you, it is expensive. It may just be a little fuse...cross your fingers...that is cheap.

Blinking quickly usually means the bulb is burned out.

If it were the fuse, it would not blink at all.

Get both checked and/or replaced.

Hope this helps.

I just had that same problem and the quick blinking means that your bulb needs to be replaced, it doesn't cost much to replace it.

First guess is wiring, but it could be a bulb.
All you need to know about cars, dude, is that you know nothing. You just need to know where to take it for questions and help. People who know will be happy to help you (especially if they're getting paid to do it). Let them do their job.
