She looks like she could fall over at any time.
I have always had decent real ones so I can't say for sure whether I would get them done or not. I think they can be tastefully done and not look a motorboat would cause permanent neck damage.

but its all in a persons preference! Fake boobs look nice and so do real ones. Personally, I like the lift and roundness of fake boobs. That's what I would like....perkiness.

I think fake boobs look like someone stuck a water balloon under your skin.
To me they all look silly.

i like them real....but implants can be nice as long as they don't over do it....like in the picture. looks like she had hers done with an air compression hose. Alot of guys find that sexy...but to each his own i guess.

If they don't look like gigantic balloons, about to burst any time, they're okay. Thanks to old farts like Hugh Hefner, girls are convinced bigger is better. We're faced with girls trying to mimic our porn-stars. That's part of the bimbo mentality we're presently experiencing!

Ewww, ickyness =\ mine are naturally big, I cant imagine actually WANTING them this big by someone, its a hassle!
