I believe it is definately biological. However, you make a good point. We live in a society in which the majority of citizens staunchly refuse to ever let facts get in the way of their opinion.

why can't we in basic terms say that could be a mix of all 3. a individual might have a predisposition to a minimum of one sexual orientation or yet another and their atmosphere and upbringing and society might effect them that way or the different. as an occasion many gay human beings of years long exceeded by ability of went in the process the usually taking place straight away relationship and marriage and young ones element just to come again out later on while being gay replaced into without notice no longer a finished taboo from now on. So, if so they have been gay from the outset yet denied or hid it and lived a straight away existence because of fact their atmosphere extra or much less compelled them to. A straight away individual in the comparable atmosphere woudl nto have had to circulate in the process the comparable technique because of fact the atmosphere replaced into of their favour. And given the nevertheless recent bias against thigns gay, one continuously has to question if everyone could outrightly decide for to be gay till they have been already predisposed to it to a minimum of a few degree.

Yea, and it always seems to be the same people going against the facts, doesn't it. To the religious folks who think it is a "choice", how the f*ck could you possibly know? You can't, and just because you believe something doesn't make it true. I know that is a concept that they will have difficulty with.

They are just born that way, they cannot change who they are. They don't have an illness, mental disorder and definitely not a choice. Those who say gay people have a choice to be gay or straight are just trying to make another attempt at demonizing and dehumanizing gays.

Science is so silly today. So many studies, so much money spent only to find what can easily be observed. You are born the way you are born. Bi-sexuals as well. And they are a completely different type. Most people are blind to all except what is like themselves. Good luck

totally choice.... there are now over 12,000 exgays in the USA who chose to be gay, then decided differently and chose to be straight. its not rocket science, if that many people can choose , then its a choice.

It's not a choice. You are totally born that way. I'm gay, I've known for 6 years and recently came out to a few of my friends.

You're born the way you are. You don't wake up one morning and say 'Ya know what, today I think I'm gonna be gay!' It doesn't work that way... You may wake up one morning and REALIZE that you're gay, but that is different than choosing to be gay.

Biological. People are born with the gay gene. How they develop throughout their lives determines how active they will be but it will not change that they are born that way.
