I used to play World of Warcraft with a Geforce 6800 (128MB). I played with high Video settings, and I got a maximum 35fps average was 20fps.. Now I play with a Geforce 7300 GT (512MB), and I still have the same amount of fps. It isn't a big concern for me, but I'd like to know how to get my Video Card running at its fastest speed.

That was NOT really a good upgrade. 6800 has 12 pixel shaders and 256bit memory. 7300GT has only 8/128bit. You also probably got the slow 7300 GT w/ 512mb BUT ddr2 only. The fast one is the factory overclocked variant w/ 256mb ddr3. 256mb ddr3 beats 512mb ddr2.

Cheap option= overclock your cpu and gpu. Up to 20% performance gain is possible.

Better option= sell that 7300GT and replace it w/ a Geforce 8600GT. The factory overclocked variant is great.

It's your CPU speed and your ram on the system. You've reached the maximum your CPU can handle, so getting a faster graphics card won't help that much more.

It has to do with the rest of your computer parts. They all need to be good for the graphics to be better.
