Colin Powell by default. Anyone would be better than George Bush, the only President who has amnesia when it comes to the needs of the American People.

Colin Powell would not have fallen into the CIA plot to take on Iraq for business. He would have ventured into Pakistan and taken out Osama when the opportunity presented itself. George Bush is living out a legacy of oil industry and the associated power broking positions the rich layed out for him. If Rudy Giuliani is elected you could ask this question again and Colin Powell would size up better still as his experience and leadership skills far outrank both Bush and Giuliani.

That's an unfair comparison. Colin Powell is intelligent, diplomatic, honorable, credible, honest, decent, caring, compassionate, competent, respectable, and possess awesome leadership skills. He would make an outstanding U.S. President.
George W. Bush, on the other hand, is an idiot searching for a village. Without his family's money, power and influence, he couldn't have been elected dog catcher at a flea circus. -RKO- 08/17/07

I think Colin Powell would make an awesome president, especially when dealing with military decisions. Unfortunately, it's not gonna happen.
