ADULTS, Do You Care?????

The adults of today are in charge now, but face it..you guys are not doing a good jod! It's almost as if we are two different kinds of beings, the adults of today vs. the adults of tomorrow. You guys are destroying everything there is! Including humanity.. Wars everywhere, people against people! Why? If this is to continue humans will not last another 200 years. Think of your children, our future!

For those who link history to this matter, History has nothing to do with this. History doesn't have to repeat itself.
We learn from our mistakes not repeat them. Ignorance and lack of education...that is the cause! Don't blame history for the mistakes you make today.

My mind works better than any adult's.. so stop being a smart a** and just answer my question properly! Stop calling me a kid.. what's worse? an immature adult or a mature kid? so Don't try to act smart. I just want honest answers..thank you.

You bet we care, at least some of us do.

We said the same things when we were your age. Come to find out that the vast majority of adults don't have the power to improve much of anything. I am involved in trying to make improvements, but we are up against big government and big buisness.

Still, you should never stop expecting the best, and you should find ways to make the best. Improvements can be made and some are being made. Pick a cause important to you and dive in to join us in trying to make a better future for all.

I think the adults of today step ahead of themselves without looking. Ergo...step into uncharted territory and want to claim victory. In other words. They're not really doing anything any differently than the way things were done before. As a matter of fact. The more technology advances, the more we take for granted the smallest things that we are able to do. Parents rarely make time for their children anymore because they're too self involved in "living life" for themselves because they feel they deserve it. As soon as a man or a woman decide to have intercourse, they should prepare for the words and EXPECT the best to come out of them. That's the problem nowadays. Parents don't want to make their duty their responsibility. So in that regard, everything from school, to friends, and even entertainment is blamed for their child's "failure" or mistakes.
To answer your question in a more direct way. The children of today are maturing at a much faster pace and the adults are becoming childish with the years. Mankind will kill themselves either way because Mother Nature has already been tampered with long enough.
This is a dog-eat-dog world. Sorry to say this. But war was bound to happen when people decided to have Bush as their president.

First of all the adults of today are not in charge... There are more baby boomers still running much of the monetary world these days! As for the adults of today not doing a good job, you've missed the boat. Everyone is destroying the world. Pollution is coming from every country and nation. Humanity is well in the same boat as pollution.

I guess you were not paying attention to you're history classes, there have been wars going on for HUNDREDS of years, read your bible, you'll find that the wars in the middle east have been going on since then!! No one is everyone going to get along, you have to realize that ... that's part of HUMANITY! History has repeated its self OVER and OVER again!

I do think about my children and what will be left for them when they get to the age where they can make decision for themselves and the world.

Just calm down and look at the world around you ... things will work out in the end!

You are right. I join with you. What can we do to stop the adults from spoiling everything! Alpha to Omega, they destrroying everything! Not concerned about the generations to come!
Scolding and destroying every child to be in their line! They are craving for something that even they cannot explain!
How can the new generation follow the things without any vision??? you are true to ask such a question. But I am sure the answer is still away!!

And you can do better. History repeats itself, the same things wrong today also happens to be the same things wrong yesterday. And I hate to tell you, they will probably be wrong once your generation runs things.
It all seems so easy until you are in the drivers seat, have a mortgage, kids, and responsibilities. Easy to play Monday morning quarterback when you have no responsibilities in life.

From what I have seen of the adults of tomorrow, we are in big big trouble.

Sweetheart, I hate to tell you this, but you may want to crack open a history book sometime. Nothing happening today is new. History repeats itself, so if you really think that none of these problems will exist when your generation "takes over", so to speak, you're in for a rude awakening.

This question / comment / concern has been stated by every generation since the beginning of time. I thought the same about my parents generation, they thought the same about their, etc.

The problem there are ignorant, lemmings in EVERY generation. Also, and I hate to say this, but as you get older it gets harder to fight. It takes a very specieal type of person to continue with their beliefs in an active way.

When you're an adult, tomorrow or a few years from now, and have had time to actually learn about the complexities of the world and what's being done to solve the problem, then we can have this conversation. Right now you're just pointing out the obvious, there are problems but you really have no clue on how to actually solve them.

Well I have to agree, and I do care.

MY parent's generation messed things up for my generation. And my adult generation seem to be taking away important information and choices( and twisting truth) away from my children's generation.
