"while" driving the car? I'd say drinking (never have an open bottle in the car), never do drugs in that car, texting, cellphone calling, shaving, putting on make-up, changing clothes, fighting with your mate or your kids (who are sitting next to you or behind you), never forget to put your seat belt on, never forget to wear your prescription glasses if you need them to drive, never make a "U" turn to the left if you're in the right hand lane, you should never just sit there if there's an emergency vehicle or police car coming up from behind you (you should pull over and let them by), you should never go thru a red light, never have your pet moving around inside the car while you're driving (it should be in a carrier), never be writing notes on a notepad or reading anything (use a recorder), never try to figure out a map while you're driving, etc.

Anything other than concentrating on driving. : ) That includes: chagning clotes, putting on makeup, eating your lunch, talking on a cell phone, dancing to your favorite song, AND driving with your knees- thats scary!
