Our department doesn't believe in casual Friday. Each department has there own "dress code" policy. I work for a company of 5000 people and the guys in the field can wear jeans, IT can wear jeans and casual days are all at the discretion of each office. I'm in HR and our HR Director hates casual dress. I've been here for 6 months and we've wore jeans twice. Once when he was on vacation to Florida and once because we asked him. He hated the idea and we decided to never ask him again. We'll just wait until we know he's out of the state and then we'll do it.
The Accountants above us are having a beach party today and are all in shorts (must be nice). Here I sit in my black dress pants and dress shoes.....completely uncomfortable.

My department is business casual all week because it's a print shop. You don't really want to mess up expensive clothes by getting ink on them. I'm the intern, though, so I dress casually all week. I run around a lot and I need to be able to MOVE in the clothes I wear. :) Today I'm actually a little MORE dressed up than usual. Cool question. :D

My company doesn't have casual Friday, but I wear black jeans and a really nice shirt. I have been doing this for about a year and no one has said anything to me about it.

We call it business casual. Usually dress trousers and a dress shirt. In the summer I dress a bit more casual. Today I am wearing khakis and a golf shirt.

My Staff have have a Relaxed approach on Fridays,but apart from that...Smart / Casual the rest of the week.

No casual friday's here but I usually tone it down a lot on fridays for example today, I have on a dark pink tank top, black stretchy pants (dressy for work) and flip flops. Very comfy

Casual office clothes on Friday. But no jeans n t-shirt pls. Tailored pants or bermudas is ok with pretty blouse. Smart but casual is my office policy.

I am wearing a pink mini skirt & a white tee!! I look so cute today. My company use to have casual friday but they stopped it because people were wearing some crazy stuff!

Capri jeans and a button up shirt, sandals. My company does not require us to dress up any day. I work at an on site construction job as a Cost Accountant.
