I download roms for my sega but I've always wanted to give back. How can I upload roms to websites for people to enjoy. Like where can I get these roms to upload? Do I just download from one site and upload to this one?

Most ROM sites that I know of already have all the ROMS they could ever want. Your downloading ROMS from one site and giving them to another doesn't "help", because any site will likely have either dumped the ROM themselves, or "stolen" it from another site already.
The best way to "give back" is to either:
1. Help other people obtain ROMS, by sending them to them via e-mail, or uploading them through a P2P network.
2. Point people in the direction of where to download ROMS.
3. Offer help in running emulators.

in case you do not have faith in doing it, then do no longer. that is no longer a brilliant deal even with the incontrovertible fact that video activity companies are multi-million companies it would not relatively harm them. additionally downloading say an N64 rom or something, properly they do no longer even make N64 video games anymore. and whether that is modern.. regardless of. human beings acquire utility and video games each and all the time. ok what you do is find out what people want like put different things for kids and adults. Don't download them you upload ok pastes them.
