at age 23 what should be the color of genitals.. is it normal that it was not that ligher in color? is there any safe thing to do to make it ligher than it is.

Erm, the color doesn't change, unless your pregnant.

No there is nothing you can do about color.Not everyone is the same and color does not make the female.Its no big deal for most guys i would say

pink, brown, tan. those are all acceptable colors.
