I use magazines all the time for my competitive speaking in college- I'm subscribed to four news magazines, not to mention other health magazines and instrumental. Plus, when one wants to relax, there is always that magazine rack by the check-out stand that tickles your fancy! Although, I have to agree, they are not in as high demand as they used to be. You can just as easily find the information online. =)
