Does anyone like to drink as much coffee as they can before they go to bed and see how long it takes them to fall asleep??????

Alan G - I actually do that quite often.....
and I agree with the guy that would rather smoke. But unfortunately that's not an option for me right now.... I would rather do that too. But I have to entertain myself some how. I am trapped on an Island you know....

a fun game to play is take some tylenol PM's. try to jerk off before you fall asleep. the best part is that you always win.

No but I love drinking a ton of Red Bull and Vodkas, pass out and wake up shaking like a mad man in the morning.

No. Caffeine keeps me awake at night. I avoid caffeine after 3 in the afternoon.

No, not at all, I like to fall asleep fast! I hate tossing and turning and being wide awake when I am trying to fall asleep

BUT IT DIDN'T WORK.
