SAME! But why buy a DX9 card at this time when DX10 cards are getting cheaper. They run fine as DX9 in XP but will run as DX10 when you upgrade to Vista later. Consider the factory overclocked version of 8600GT. It's priced about the same as those cards you listed BUT definitely faster.

All brands are good ones, let the price be the deciding factor. I'd go with Inno3D
