I do. What makes you lose it?

If you lose your appetite when eating cereal and milk, it may be that you are lactose intolerant. How are you with other dairy products? If you can drink milk during the day and not lose your appetite, then it must be the cereal, but if breakfast (and cereal) is the only time you have millk, it very well could be the milk.

A family member of mine cannot drink millk at all without losing his appetite; his stomach gets bloated and he is uncomfortable any time he has milk. Of course he no longer drinks milk at all.

Yes, because usually cereal is grainy so I loose my appetite or more like my interest after a few bites.

My idea of breakfast includes any of the following: fruit, french toast, eggs, bacon. Not CEREAL!!!!!!

I can't stand milk so I usually eat cereal dry. Milk just grosses me out.
