you cant because yahoo photos is closing soon in september but you can click my 360 and click fickr and follow the directions from there

If you join the yahoo 360 they let you upload photos whether it's of yourself or another picture... you can use photobucket to resize the image or at least to give you a code if yahoo doesn't do it fot you
