about this anime, since it is fairly new i have not figured out where to watch it with english subs yet. can someone tell me where to watch it? (P.S. plz do not say veoh or youtube, those dont work to great)

If you don't want to watch it on another low quality streaming site like crunchyroll.com ( http://www.crunchyroll.com/search?q=Kenkou+Zenrakei+Suieibu+Umisho ), then you are just going to have to download it. I checked the only really good streaming site (stage6.com) but they didn't have english subs.
Go to http://www.lolipower.org . Go to the DDL 3 tab, and navigate to Kenkou Zenrakei Suieibu Umisho for direct downloads. Go to Ayu (the fansubbers) website at http://www.ayu-anime.net/project_details.php?pid=59 for torrents.
