That's Balaclava. It's a knit hood, similar to a ski mask, but it's really versatile as to how it can be worn. Special forces units normally have one of these in their kit bags because they are so versatile.

Treacle is similar to molasses or other think syrups.

Butterbeer, however, is totally fictional. JK Rowlings has in mind, according to Bon Appetit magazine, that it tastes similar to butterscotch. It won't cause drunkeness in humans, but it will in elves, supposedly.

His birthday, I just don't know. I knew the other two off the top of my head, and butterbeer made me wonder if it wasn't something like mead or just something made up.

BALACLAVA_head gear
TREACLE_syrup made in the process of refining sugar cane, and it can range from very light to very dark. In practice, the lighter syrup which is produced when the sugar cane juice is first boiled, is called light treacle or golden syrup.

BUTTERBEER_
Butterbeer is the drink of choice for younger wizards. Harry is first presented with the beverage in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban. Though marketed to children, it does contain alcohol: it appears to cause no noticeable drunkenness on a thirteen-year-old human (though it creates the feeling of "warmth"), but is strong enough to cause drunkenness in a house-elf;J. K. Rowling said in her interview to Bon Appetit magazine that she imagines it "to taste a little bit like less-sickly butterscotch".

Birthday - don't know
Balaclava - like a woolly hat that folds down over the face, it might just have a face opening or eyeholes in it.
Treacle is a black syrup made from sugar - like molasses.
Butterbeer was invented for the story - I think it's just a soft drink like rootbeer ?

There are several websites that have dictionaries of Harry Potter terms. Do a search for them, and you'll probably find your answers.
