When ever I go on to certain websites, some pictures just show up as white boxes with red crosses in them. It's so annoying! I read some where that pop-up blocker doesn't let the pictures show up, also that to enable them you were to go to Internet Options and then to Privacy and change the filter level. I did this and the pictures still don't show up! Can anyone help?

the picture cannot be loaded by the internet correctly. its either the website you are on or its your internet browser.
