We pay on average 10,000 Dollar a year taxes, per person. We have worst infrastructures in the western world. Our education sucks. We fell to 19th place for GDP per capita. Our healthcare cost double as much as Europe's and is half as good. Where does our money go, building new subdivisions? Anybody know?

The fraction of GDP spent by federal, state, and local governments has not changed much in recent times but the cost of education and health care has increased much faster than GDP and inflation.. Government provides about half of the health care costs and the most of cost of education so they have eaten up more and more of budgets leaving little for infrastructure. repair and improvement.
The previous poster is right, US infrastructure is better than most European countries, but it is not as good as it used to be.

prove we have "the worst" infrastructure. I have been to Europe and Asia and you are way off. There are places/towns that you can not get to by road that can handle truck traffic. There are rivers that you must travel 100 km or more to cross. Sewage, garbage, airports all of which are not up to US standards outside of the major cities. Subdivisions are not paid for by tax dollars in fact in places like Florida, developers must build the roads and infrastructure needed to support any new development.
I think you need to relax and quite whinning about what you think is happening when you don't really know. I bet you have no personal experience with all the problems you talking about but you hear about it and it gives you an excuse to complain so you can feel superior by talking about how bad it is

It goes to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, which are very expensive. Also, our taxes are lower than our Canadian and European counter-parts
