The ones that not say Vista in the "System Requirement" (Not say XP or better, but, specific Vista) is how I see this. If the program not say Vista, I assume it not work with Vista. But, you can look on the program and most have a web-site or customer support number, so, call before you buy.
I am glad I did not need Vista and with the computers I have and should not need a new OS for 7 years minimum.

There are too many to list individually and the list changes regularly. Furthermore according to Microsoft, Vista SP1 is introducing changes that will allow more compatibility with other products and hardware.

Ok, that list could go on and on forever thanks to the way Vista was designed. I could not even begin to name them without taking ALOT of space and ALOT of time.

The new patch that they are sending out may help with some of these compatibility issues though. For the size that it is rumored to be, it should fix many of them.
