You need a high percent of best answers. You get that by answering a lot of questions, with high quality answers...

Even if you do what you are "supposed" to do to earn the banner, it doesn't always show up anyway. For ex., I used to have one and now I don't and my supposed "eligibility" is identical now to what it was back then. So, its iffy I think. Makes me no nevermind. I want a "Bottom Contributor" banner!

10% in any one category, and you can be TC in a few categories, just becareful b/c the badge is like a bulls eye and you get targeted for everything!
