Kids who have to be bribed to be good, are like Christians that have to be bribed to be good. They are not good people, and you can never know when they will turn bad.

Wouldn't it be better if our reasoning was based on legitimate distinctions, evidence and truth rather than generalizations?

Christians are not good. We are people, no different than any other. We make mistakes, we act selfishly, we do all the things that we know we shouldn't.

Christianity is a religion for the beaten down, the lowly, the people that are worthless.

Christ said time and time again that He didn't come into this world for the good people, He came for the bad ones. He eve told His followers that that had to take care of all the bums, the hookers, the junkies (yes, all those things existed back then) and all the "bottom of the barrel" people.

Jesus said, "What ever you do to the least of these (pointing to the people on the street.) so shall you do to me."

So, the basic premise of your question is off base. We are not "good" people. We are just forgiven.

If you have something against Christians and want to talk bad about us, that is your choice. But please try and get your facts straight.

I hope you find peace and happiness in your life.

Every religion lures and/or scares people into being good.... nothing wrong with the religions.... it is the people who are so naive...... well I don't mind naivety if it can lead to good deeds..... but you are unfortunately quite right.... this variety of being good can not withstand the crunch situations...... and that is why being religious is never the equivalent of being good, even as it can lead to many good deeds.
