I wish to visit europe in the month of sept. can you help me choose one of the following.
1. Spain
2. France
3. Germany
As you know most of the time it's really erratic and irritating visiting embassy again and again so it would be nice of you to tell me the embassy where I can get visa in shortest possible time.

I am living in Turkiye, so we are just waiting min.1 week for visa ...

All three countries are Schengen countries, so you will need the same visa for each, but they are handled by the country you want to visit, so there may be a difference in the time it takes.
But as I live in jet another Schengen Country, (Netherlands) I never needed a visa for any of them.

All three countries are good to visit in September, but Germany and the northern half of France may be rainy and cold any time of the year. So southern France of Spain if you really want good weather.

almost whole of Europe is lovely in September. Apart from three countries u have mentioned do visit Austria also. With a schengen visa u can visit any schengen country.
