First, pay off all our debt, and pay off my daughter's student loans. Then buy two new cars (I would never buy a brand new car unless I was flush with cash!), a Hybrid for my fiance, and a small Hybrid SUV for me, since we have different tastes. I would also buy my daughter a decent Hybrid vehicle of her choice, since her car's a lemon.
Then I would find the perfect piece of land in the perfect place for us, and design my own eco-friendly home! I'm not talking a mansion or anything, just a place that is exactly what I want! I've never found a home that had all the features I want, so I'd build it. Furnish it with quality furnishings and appliances, then live happily ever after!
I'd try to find a way to help homeless animals. Maybe sponsor my own no-kill shelter, or run for office so I could get laws passed to enforce mandatory neutering, and help prevent crimes against animals.
Maybe get some lipo on my tummy or something, just for fun, lol! Definitely, have a wedding and honeymoon fit for Cinderella! That's if we won like the $10,000,000!
If we didn't win that much, after our debt was paid, I'd settle for one or two late-model pre-owned cars (hopefully, still Hybrids), and a decent, existing home. I'd hope to be able to at least make a healthy donation to the local animal shelter. Then invest whatever was left for retirement. That would be good enough, but it never hurts to dream!
